Finance Calculator X ("the site", financecalculatorx.com) is operated from India. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Financial Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

The site provides financial calculators, explanations and guides for educational and informational use. The site's content, design, code and branding are © Finance Calculator X and its operator, all rights reserved except where stated. The underlying financial formulas are public mathematics and belong to no one; what's protected is our expression of them — the text, design and implementation. The numerical results of your own calculations are yours to use freely.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site's operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage — including financial loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the site's outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site (the site is free).

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
